Shipping And Handling All DVD and VHS orders are packaged in plain in a plain brown envelope or jIffy bag.
We aim to keep packages as discreet as possible. We do not print our company name or any identifying marks, except for our P O Box return address in case of any problems with delivery. |
Delivery Schedule Orders placed before 11.30 am on weekdays will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed after 11.30am on weekdays or at the weekend will be processed the next working day.

Returns Policy In the unlikely event that there is a fault with your DVD or VHS tape please contact us to arrange for a replacement to be sent. There is often no need to return the fauly item.
